]]> On April 10, 2026, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of “Kyrgyz Post” JSC was held. As part of the event, the results of the Company’s financial and economic performance for 2025 were summarized, key corporate governance issues were reviewed, and priority areas for development for the upcoming period were identified.

The meeting was attended by representatives of government agencies, shareholders, members of the Internal Audit Service, independent auditors, and the company’s management led by General Director Marat Cherikchiev. The annual report and financial statements were approved, issues related to profit distribution were considered, and the election and confirmation of the powers of management and supervisory bodies were addressed.

Following the results of 2025, “Kyrgyz Post” JSC demonstrated positive momentum and continued its steady development. The company strengthened its market position, expanded international cooperation, and continued the digitalization and modernization of its infrastructure. Among its priorities are the development of digital services, improvement of service quality, and strengthening of financial stability.

]]> An employee of the Internal Security Service of JSC “Kyrgyz Post,” Kenchibek Sokubashev, delivered a strong performance at the international backgammon tournament — the Asia Grand Prix — held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The competition brought together top players from various countries, including world champions and highly decorated athletes. Despite the high level of competition, Kenchibek Sokubashev demonstrated confident play and exceptional professionalism, finishing among the top five players in the long backgammon discipline.

The significance of this achievement is heightened by the fact that it was his first experience participating in a tournament of this level. During the competition, he managed to secure a series of victories over experienced opponents with many years of practice.

]]> JSC “Kyrgyz Post” adheres to a zero-tolerance policy toward corruption and continuously works to ensure transparency and financial discipline across all divisions of the company.

As part of these efforts, with the support of the Internal Audit and Control Department of JSC “Kyrgyz Post,” the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic identified a case of незаконного использования бюджетных средств in the Sokuluk District Branch.

The investigation established that a former chief accountant of the branch, during the period from August 2025 to January 2026, abused their official position to unlawfully transfer funds to a personal bank account.

The total amount of damage amounted to 15 million KGS. Part of the misappropriated funds was used for personal purposes, including the purchase of real estate in the Issyk-Kul region.

A criminal case has been initiated in connection with this incident. Investigative actions are currently underway, and measures are being taken to recover the damages caused.

]]> In February–March of the current year, the Methodology Sector of JSC “Kyrgyz Post”, in cooperation with the Training Center of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, conducted training courses aimed at improving pension literacy. The training was held in both offline and online formats for employees of the Central Office, the International Mail Exchange and Logistics Center, the Bishkek Postal Operations Department, as well as district and city branches of the company.

The main objective of the training was to enhance employees’ knowledge of the state social insurance system, pension provision, and current legislative changes. Participants were provided with information on types of pensions, procedures for their assignment, insurance contributions, and modern digital services in the social security system.

More than 400 employees of JSC “Kyrgyz Post” took part in the training. The company expresses its gratitude to the Training Center of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic for organizing an informative and valuable training program.

]]> The competition is organized at the initiative of the Universal Postal Union and aims to develop literacy, creative thinking, and writing skills among children and teenagers.

School students aged 9 to 15 are invited to participate. Entries are accepted until April 10, 2026, through post offices by registered mail with the note “UPU International Letter-Writing Competition.”

The competition will be held in two stages — district/city and national. Winners will receive valuable prizes: at the national level — a laptop, a tablet, and a mobile phone.

The work of the participant who takes first place will be submitted to take part in the international stage of the Universal Postal Union competition.

]]> An official ceremony for the handover of electric vehicles to state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic was held in Bishkek. The event was organized within the framework of a project aimed at developing environmentally friendly transport.

Deniz Sulaimanov, Deputy General Director of JSC “Kyrgyz Post,” took part in the ceremony.

The project is being implemented by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Korea through the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and is aimed at introducing green mobility principles in the public sector.

Within the framework of the project, the modernization of the vehicle fleet of JSC “Kyrgyz Post,” as well as the installation of charging stations for electric vehicles, is planned. JSC “Kyrgyz Post” is gradually transitioning to the use of environmentally friendly transport and supports initiatives aimed at developing green mobility and introducing sustainable, modern solutions in the field of postal logistics.
