OJSC “Kyrgyz Post” is the state operator of postal services of the Kyrgyz Republic.
“Kyrgyz Post” traces its origins back to the time when the Kyrgyz people became part of the Russian Empire, and later the Soviet Union. After the collapse of the Soviet Union and the acquisition of independence, the State Enterprise “Kyrgyz Post” was established. Since 1993, “Kyrgyz Post” has been a member of the Universal Postal Union. In May 2003, the enterprise was re-registered, and its Charter was adopted.
