The annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of OJSC “Kyrgyz Post” took place

On April 25, 2024, the annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of OJSC “Kyrgyz Post” took place. Representatives from the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, who are shareholders of the postal service, participated in the meeting. The General Director of OJSC “Kyrgyz Post”, Marat Cherikchiev, presented a report on the work done in 2023.

During the meeting, in accordance with the agenda, a number of issues were discussed and unanimously approved by the shareholders, including the decision to reappoint Marat Cherikchiev as the General Director of OJSC “Kyrgyz Post”, as well as the decision to retain the profit from the financial and operational activities of 2023 for the development of the postal network.
