Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between JSC “Kyrgyz Post” and State Enterprise “Customs Infrastructure”

On March 12, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation was signed between JSC “Kyrgyz Post” and the State Enterprise “Customs Infrastructure” under the State Customs Service of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Memorandum was signed by the General Director of JSC “Kyrgyz Post,” Marat Cherikchiev, and the General Director of the State Enterprise “Customs Infrastructure,” Talant Zhamanakov.

The main goal of the cooperation is to improve the process of handling international postal shipments, exchange preliminary information about parcels, and simplify procedures, which in turn will enhance security and efficiency in customs control.

As part of this Memorandum, the parties agreed on joint activities, including the exchange of data on postal shipments, the development of joint projects, and the creation of instructions for handling postal shipments.
