Open Joint Stock Company «Airports of Kyrgyzstan», Open Joint Stock Company «Kyrgyz Post», and the State Enterprise «Customs Infrastructure» under the State Customs Service of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic have signed a Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation aimed at launching and managing a multimodal logistics and e-commerce hub at the territory of «Manas» International Airport.
This initiative is focused on fostering economic and investment cooperation and establishing long-term partnerships based on mutual respect, trust, and equality.
As part of the project, a joint partnership will be established to act as the operator of the hub. The infrastructure of the hub will include various types of warehouses, fulfillment zones, customs terminals, logistics modules, IT solutions, and digital services. Dedicated areas for resident companies and partners are also planned.
OJSC «Airports of Kyrgyzstan» commits to allocating a land plot, ensuring utility connections, and assisting in obtaining project documentation.
OJSC «Kyrgyz Post» will provide digital integrations and software solutions, grant access to its logistics infrastructure, and offer expertise in cross-border logistics and customs clearance.
The State Enterprise «Customs Infrastructure» will support the financing and implementation of modern technological solutions to enhance the hub’s efficiency.
A working group will be formed to develop a business plan and roadmap, and qualified personnel will be engaged to carry out operational management.
The project also envisions the establishment of partnerships with international logistics, trade, and technology organizations.
