Today, on October 23, 2025, a meeting was held in Bishkek between the management of OJSC “Kyrgyz Post” and the delegation from Shanxi Province of the People’s Republic of China, headed by Mr. Xu Guanguo, Deputy Chairman of the Shanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
During the negotiations, the parties discussed prospects for expanding cooperation in logistics, cross-border e-commerce, and the development of the multimodal route “China – Kyrgyzstan – Europe.”
The Chinese side expressed strong interest in strengthening its partnership with the Kyrgyz postal and logistics system, emphasizing the strategic importance of the Kyrgyz Republic as a key transport and logistics hub in Central Asia.
During the meeting, OJSC “Kyrgyz Post” presented its modern logistics solutions, including new postal and logistics hubs in Bishkek and Osh, as well as projects aimed at developing international transport corridors. The parties discussed opportunities for jointly establishing efficient delivery routes and implementing innovative solutions in the field of e-commerce.
In conclusion, both sides expressed their readiness to continue constructive dialogue and to develop specific directions for long-term cooperation aimed at enhancing postal and logistics infrastructure and strengthening trade and economic ties between the Kyrgyz Republic and the People’s Republic of China.
