Ordinary and registered parcels are recommended for sending low-value printed materials (forms, brochures, posters, books, etc.), business documents, manuscripts, albums, and other items that do not hold value for the sender.

paper and books containing embossed characters for the blind – 5 kg.

Package sizes:
The maximum is 35 cm in one of the three dimensions (length, width, height). The sum of the three dimensions must not exceed 65 cm.
For parcels rolled into a tube, the maximum is 70 cm in length and 15 cm in diameter.

Valuable letters.

Valuable letters are used for sending:
documents and securities (diplomas, passports, birth and marriage certificates, and other financial documents) that hold value for the sender and the recipient.

Valuable letters from individuals are accepted only in open form with the verification of the contents.
Open valuable letters and parcels are accepted with an inventory of the contents.

Valuable parcels.

In valuable parcels, the following are sent:
items for cultural, household, and industrial purposes, printed materials, business documents, confectionery, and other long-lasting food products, the preservation of which will be ensured in packaging designed for this type of mail.

Package sizes: the minimum is 10 cm in one dimension and at least 5 cm in the other dimension (with any minimum thickness), and for parcels rolled into a tube – 10 cm in length and 5 cm in diameter.
Valuable parcels from individuals are accepted only in open form with the verification of the contents.
