During the state visit of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, to the Kyrgyz Republic, Kyrgyz Post JSC and Russian Post signed an agreement on strengthening bilateral cooperation. The document was signed by Marat Cherikchiev, General Director of Kyrgyz Post JSC, and Mikhail Volkov, General Director of Russian Post.

The agreement is aimed at expanding postal and courier services between the two countries, improving the quality and reliability of delivery, and developing a transit logistics corridor connecting Europe and Asia.

The parties plan to enhance collaboration in the field of e-commerce, increase parcel logistics and money transfer volumes, and implement joint solutions for businesses and international marketplaces.

“We are establishing long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation focused on advancing cross-border postal flows, improving service quality, and supporting the business community,” stated Marat Cherikchiev, General Director of Kyrgyz Post JSC.
