On July 2, 2026, the National History Museum of the Kyrgyz Republic hosted the ceremonial first-day cancellation of postage stamps dedicated to the 6th World Nomad Games, as well as the anniversaries of prominent Kyrgyz figures — Kasym Tynystanov, Jusup Abdrakhmanov, and Bubusara Beishenalieva.
The ceremony was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Culture, Information and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Soyuzbek Nadyrbekov; Deputy General Director of “Kyrgyz Post” JSC, Deniz Sulaimanov; descendants of the distinguished figures; representatives of government agencies, the public, philatelists, and members of the media.
As part of the event, two new philatelic series were officially introduced into postal circulation. The first series is dedicated to the 6th World Nomad Games and reflects the rich cultural heritage of the nomadic civilization, the national traditions of the Kyrgyz people, and their spiritual values. The second series commemorates the 125th anniversary of Kasym Tynystanov, the 125th anniversary of Jusup Abdrakhmanov, and the 100th anniversary of Bubusara Beishenalieva.
The central part of the ceremony was the special first-day cancellation of the new postage stamps using the official first-day postmark. During the event, the honored guests and descendants of the distinguished figures signed commemorative first-day covers.
