On December 3, 2024, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the forum “Inclusive Employment of People with Disabilities” was held, organized by the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic. The aim of the event was to draw the attention of public organizations, government structures, and private companies to the issues of protecting the rights of people with disabilities and their integration into the workforce.
As part of the forum, OJSC “Kyrgyz Post” was awarded the honorary title “Best Employer of 2024” and received a Letter of Appreciation for providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities and creating favorable conditions for their lives.
It should be noted that OJSC “Kyrgyz Post” employs more than 3,000 people. Most of them are women, and over 100 employees with disabilities work in the organization
