This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets the rules for the use of personal information received from users of the website (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) by the website administrator.

This Privacy Policy applies to all Users of the Website. All terms and definitions encountered in this Policy are interpreted in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic (specifically, the Federal Law “On Personal Data”). Users expressly consent to the processing of their personal data as described in this Policy. Use of the Website indicates the User’s unequivocal consent to the Policy and the conditions for data processing outlined herein. A User should not use the Website if they disagree with the terms of the Policy.

Personal Information of Users Processed by the Company

1.2. Technical information is not considered personal data. The Company uses cookies that allow identifying the User. 1.3. Technical information also includes information automatically transmitted to the Company during the use of the Website through software installed on the User’s device.

1.4. Personal data of the User refers to information provided by the User to the Company when filling out an application on the Website and when using the Website thereafter. Information that must be provided to the Company is specially marked. Other information is provided at the User’s discretion.

1.5. The Company may also process data made publicly available by the data subject or subject to publication or mandatory disclosure in accordance with the law.

1.6. The Company does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and cannot assess their legal capacity. However, the Company assumes that the User provides accurate and sufficient personal information about themselves and keeps this information up to date.

2.1. The main goal of the Company in collecting personal data is to provide informational and consulting services to Users. Users agree that the Company may also use their personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing services and customer support upon Users’ requests;
  • Improving the quality of services, enhancing usability, developing and maintaining the Website, eliminating technical failures or security issues;
  • Analyzing to expand and improve services, informational content, and advertising of services;
  • Informing Users about services, targeted marketing, updating services, and promotional offers based on Users’ informational preferences;
  • Targeted advertising materials; sending individual marketing messages via email, calls, and SMS;
  • Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.

2.2. The Company uses technical information in an anonymized form for the purposes specified in Section 2.1.

Conditions and Methods of Processing Personal Information and Its Transfer to Third Parties

3.1. The User gives consent to the processing of their personal data by submitting an application (any written request containing contact details).

3.2. The processing of personal data of the User means collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), extraction, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of the User’s personal data.

3.3. The confidentiality of the User’s personal information is maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for public access to an unlimited number of persons.

3.4. The Company has the right to transfer the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:

  • The User has consented to such actions;
  • Transfer is necessary for the User to use a specific service of the Website or to fulfill a contract or agreement with the User;
  • Transfer to authorized government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the laws and procedures established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
  • In order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Company or third parties in cases where the User violates the terms of contracts and agreements with the Company, this Policy, or documents containing the terms of use of specific services;
  • As a result of processing the User’s personal information through anonymization, anonymized statistical data may be transferred to third parties for conducting research, performing work, or providing services on behalf of the Company.

Measures Applied to Protect Users’ Personal Information

4.1. The Company takes necessary and sufficient legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect Users’ personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties.

Dispute Resolution

5.1. Any disputes arising from relationships governed by this Policy will be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5.2. Compliance with the pretrial (claim) procedure for dispute resolution is mandatory.

Additional Conditions

6.1. The Company reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

6.2. The new Privacy Policy becomes effective from the moment it is posted unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Privacy Policy.

6.3. Continuing to use the Website after such changes confirms the User’s agreement with those changes.
