Recently, cases of fraudulent SMS and iMessage messages sent on behalf of “Kyrgyz Post” JSC have been recorded. In these messages, scammers demand payment for “customs fees” or “delivery” and encourage recipients to follow suspicious links.

Please note:

  • “Kyrgyz Post” does not send such messages from foreign phone numbers
  • The company does not request confirmation of actions through links, “Y,” or Safari
  • All payments are made only through official services

We kindly ask you to:

  • do not follow suspicious links
  • do not enter your bank card details
  • do not respond to such messages

If you receive such a message:

  • delete it immediately
  • mark it as spam
  • warn your relatives and acquaintances
