The CEO of OJSC “Kyrgyz Post” Marat Cherikchiev is participating in the final meeting of the Postal Operations Council of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) in Bern, Switzerland, ahead of the #UPUCongress in Dubai, as part of the current strategic cycle.

The event involves over 1,000 delegates from more than 100 countries, participating both in-person and remotely.

During the session, the Dubai World Postal Strategy, business plans, and other key issues and proposals to be considered at the UPU Congress in Dubai are discussed.

Particular attention is given to the modernization of postal services, digitalization, e-commerce development, and the sustainable development of the postal sector.

Marat Cherikchiev will present the Kyrgyz Republic’s initiatives aimed at strengthening international postal cooperation, expanding logistics capabilities, and implementing innovative solutions in the postal sector.
