The Deputy CEO of OJSC “Kyrgyz Post,” Uulzhan Masiyaova, participated in an international seminar organized by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) in Bern, Switzerland. The theme of the event was “Empowering Women in the Postal Sector,” aimed at enhancing the role of women in the global postal industry and facilitating the exchange of experiences between leading postal organizations worldwide.

During the seminar, Uulzhan Masiyaova held a bilateral meeting with the Deputy Director General of UPU, Mr. Marjan Osvald. The discussions focused on current issues in postal system development, the implementation of innovative technologies, and expanding opportunities for women in the professional postal sector.

Uulzhan Masiyaova has worked at OJSC “Kyrgyz Post” for over 18 years, holding various managerial positions. Currently, she oversees production processes and actively participates in analytical work on the development and implementation of new management systems and digitalization within the company.

This seminar is part of the Universal Postal Union’s strategic efforts to promote inclusivity and gender equality in the postal sector, which ultimately contributes to improving service quality and expanding cooperation between postal organizations around the world.
