In December 2025, the international youth forum Global Change Summit 2025 (GCS 2.0) was held in Istanbul, organized by the Organization for Global Policy and Dialogue (OGPD). As part of a working visit to the Federal Republic of Germany, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, sent gifts from the International Mail Exchange Office of OJSC “Kyrgyz Post” in Berlin for the children of one of the orphanages in Kyrgyzstan. As of today, all parcels have been successfully delivered to the Kyrgyz Republic through the network of OJSC “Kyrgyz Post”. The gifts included books, educational games, school supplies, and sweets. After arrival in the country, the shipments were promptly processed and handed over to the children.
