JSC “Kyrgyz Post” announces the launch of the International Letter-Writing Competition for school students on the theme:“Write a letter to a friend about why human communication is important in the digital world”

The competition is organized at the initiative of the Universal Postal Union and aims to develop literacy, creative thinking, and writing skills among children and teenagers. School students aged 9 to 15 are invited to participate. Entries are accepted until April 10, 2026, through post offices by registered mail with the note “UPU International Letter-Writing Competition.” The competition will be held in two stages — district/city and national. Winners will receive valuable prizes: at the national level — a laptop, a tablet, and a mobile phone. The work of the participant who takes first place will be submitted to take part in the international stage of the Universal Postal Union competition.

The event brought together more than 40 employees from various divisions of the company, who demonstrated their sporting skills and precision. Following the tournament, first place was awarded to Kuban Abdiev, an employee of the International Mail Exchange and Logistics Center (IMELC); second place went to Kalybek Nasbekov, Head of the Security Department of the Central Office of JSC "Kyrgyz Post"; and third place was taken by security officer Kenchibek Sokubashev.
