On April 28, 2025, the annual general shareholders’ meeting of JSC «Kyrgyz Post» took place in Bishkek.
During the event, the results of the financial and economic activities for 2024 were summarized, and strategic priorities for the near future were outlined.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic, Azamat Jamangulov, the CEO of JSC «Kyrgyz Post,» Marat Cherikchiev, representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Audit Commission, independent auditors, and the company’s management. All agenda items were approved unanimously.
Key achievements of 2024:
- The company’s profit increased threefold compared to 2023, thanks to effective management and growing demand for services.
- The revenue part of the budget was completed at 102%, with a growth rate of 133% compared to last year.
- The volume of processed postal shipments grew 93 times compared to 2022.
- Agreements were signed with major international marketplaces — Ozon, AliExpress, Wildberries, Temu, and others, opening new opportunities in cross-border e-commerce.
