“Kyrgyz Post” JSC issued a commemorative postage stamp dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Eurasian Development Bank

A ceremonial cancellation event for the commemorative postage stamp issued by “Kyrgyz Post” JSC in honor of the 20th anniversary of the Eurasian Development Bank was held in Almaty. The event took place as part of the EDB Annual Meeting and Business Forum, marking the official introduction of the anniversary stamp into postal circulation.

During the ceremony, a special commemorative postmark bearing the issue date was applied to the first stamp. The anniversary stamp symbolizes the long-standing partnership between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Eurasian Development Bank, of which the country has been a member since 2011.

The issuance of the commemorative stamp highlights the importance of cooperation between “Kyrgyz Post” JSC and its international partners and reaffirms the role of philately in preserving memorable events that reflect significant milestones in the development of international cooperation.
