On June 7, 2024, an investment agreement was signed between the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) for an amount of 10 million US dollars. This agreement aims to update the fleet of Kyrgyz Post JSC, supporting a project to introduce electric vehicles and electric charging stations to improve transport logistics and address climate change based on ESG principles. The first stage of the international youth essay contest in the epistolary genre, organized jointly by JSC "Kyrgyz Post" and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, has concluded. The contest featured essays from students across all urban, district, and rural schools in Kyrgyzstan. JSC "Kyrgyz Post" has achieved significant success in the postal development ranking of postal administrations from World Postal Union (WPU) member countries, securing 29th place in 2023 out of 172 countries in the fifth level of the International Bureau of the World Postal Union. In order to promote a healthy lifestyle and sports among the population, today the international half marathon "ONE Run-2024" took place in the city of Bishkek.
