As part of the 2025 Universal Postal Union Congress in Dubai, a meeting was held between JSC "Kyrgyz Post" and "Vietnam Post." On September 8, 2025, media reports emerged regarding a public order violation at Postal Branch No. 24 in the village of Jal, Lenin District, Bishkek.
