Dear subscribers and postal service employees!
The publications included in the Catalog are distributed within the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, which have signed the relevant subscription agreements for 2024. Subscriptions for newspapers and magazines can be made starting from April 22, 2024, for a period determined by the terms of its acceptance in the Catalog.

Publications within each section are arranged in alphabetical order and have a subscription index. The languages in which the materials are published are indicated in parentheses next to the title. Some publications have annotations with publisher contact details. Supplements to the Catalog may be released.
SUBSCRIPTION PRICE
The Catalog lists the subscription prices for each subscription period.
The subscription price for a publication is collected from the subscriber when the subscription is registered. It consists of the catalog price and the cost of local postal services for delivery, including VAT and NDS.
The subscription price is indicated for all regions of the Kyrgyz Republic.
SUBSCRIPTION PROCEDURE
Subscriptions for newspapers and magazines included in the Catalog are accepted for periods ranging from 1 to 6 months according to the publication schedule. When subscribing, the subscriber fills out the Subscription Form with the delivery card (Form SP-1) for each publication separately, clearly and without abbreviations. The publication name and index, subscription period, and cost must match the information in the Catalog. The subscription form and delivery card must include the subscriber’s postal code and full address. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
As confirmation of payment, the subscriber receives the Subscription Form with the cash register stamp.
When subscribing at a postal office, the subscriber receives a receipt (Form SP-2) for the total subscription amount and a Subscription Form for each publication with the calendar stamp. Subscriptions are accepted from April 22, 2024, to November 2024.
RESPONSIBILITY TO SUBSCRIBERS
The editorial offices of newspapers and magazines bear moral and financial responsibility to subscribers for issues that are not published, violations of the publication schedule, double issues, and the cessation of publications.
ATTENTION POSTAL SERVICE EMPLOYEES!
The Subscription Catalog should be placed in an accessible location for clients in every postal office. The absence of this Catalog in the operating room, as well as the use of handwritten or other extracts instead of it, is considered a serious violation of the rules for the distribution of print materials by subscription and agreements with distribution organizations.
