On June 7, 2024, an investment agreement was signed between the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) for an amount of 10 million US dollars. This agreement aims to update the fleet of Kyrgyz Post JSC, supporting a project to introduce electric vehicles and electric charging stations to improve transport logistics and address climate change based on ESG principles. JSC "Kyrgyz Post" has achieved significant success in the postal development ranking of postal administrations from World Postal Union (WPU) member countries, securing 29th place in 2023 out of 172 countries in the fifth level of the International Bureau of the World Postal Union.
